About Me
When I started my career in health promotion, I was frustrated that I couldn’t find health information that was presented in a visually beautiful way. So I went back to school for my graphic design certification and have been creating content ever since.
I have libraries full of content that I hope inspires individuals to lead healthier lives.
My health philosophy is that only you can decide what your body needs. I do not focus on the physical appearance of health, but rather the benefits that living a healthy lifestyle can bring to an individual.
